FRP Grating

FRP grating is composed of high-strength glass fiber roving as the reinforcing material and unsaturated polyester resin. It is widely used in fields such as power generation, sewage treatment, oil refining and marine survey, such as working floors, stair treads, and ditch covers.

Features of FRP grating

FRP grating is formed by interlaced weaving of glass fibers and integral molding by resin pouring.

1. The thorough impregnation of interlaced glass fibers and resin makes the grating corrosion-resistant.

2. The overall structure of the grating cover evenly distributes the load, which is conducive to the even force of the grating installation and its installation support structure.

3. The glossy surface and inclined grid surface of the grating give the grating a self-cleaning effect.

4. The concave surface of the surface layer makes the grating have anti-skid performance, and the anti-skid effect of the sand-laid surface is prominent.

Colors of FRP grating

Common ones are: red, gray, black, blue, green.

1. The FRP grating used in car washes is generally yellow and red. The colors are bright and more beautiful.

2. The floors of factories generally use gray FRP grating. In these places, the requirement for aesthetics is relatively low.

3. In the lawn, the leaky floor generally uses green FRP grating, which is more beautiful when combined with the surrounding grass.
